Our Preschool Teachers

Ms Stacie teaches the 3 to 4 year old children. She received a B.S. in Child Development and Family Relationships with a specialty in Early Childhood Education and Special Education from South Dakota State University.  She has been teaching both 3 and 4 year olds for more than 17 years.  She feels that it is a wonderful thing to share in the experiences of a child’s early years of educational, social and personal growth. She is committed to providing each child a safe and secure environment.  She loves the curiosity that children learn to display at this age.  There is not a day that goes by that she is not reminded of the great joy children bring to our world and is rejuvenated by the giggles and squeals that come from the classroom.  She leaves each day feeling confident that she has found her niche in life.

Ms Tara teaches the 4 to 5 year old children. She graduated from Boise State University with a degree in Child Care and Development. Throughout her studies, a great amount of emphasis was placed on understanding and working with diverse families. Ms Tara has been with the school for almost a decade, starting in the 3 to 4 year old classroom.  She feels that the classroom should be an extension of the child’s home. When making everyday experiences available for children to explore, they will naturally learn and have a love for it. She looks forward to being your child’s teacher and hopes to build a great partnership with the parents of Boise Cooperative Preschool. She believes every child deserves a great beginning and a teacher with passion.
